Lightroom mobile

I have had on a month's trial Lightroom running on my Apple iphone and been pleased with the results.Its now come to buying it and it states that its a 9.99 dollars a month subscription,this seems a bit steep for just a phone app or does this include a version to run on my Apple Macbook Pro as well?

Lightroom is part of Creative Cloud, so you get access to the Lightroom desktop app for Mac and PC on up to two devices as well as companion apps like Lightroom mobile for smartphone and tablet.

Ken's summary agrees with what I have read elsewhere (LRQ, not Adobe); PS CC and LR on two 'computer' devices (e.g. desktop and laptop), plus LR Mobile, but no mention of how many mobile devices (if that's what you're asking).
