Oliver

Oliver is a darling Shih Tsu + Maltese puppy who was surrendered by a family that couldn't care for him. He already had the name Oliver so we didn't want to change it. However, if I were naming him, I think that I would name him "Harlequin" (for obvious reasons) and I would then call him "Harley"









We are preparing for a big rescue event this Saturday. It is a twice a year event that gets a lot of newspaper, radio and television publicity. We had eight dogs adopted through the last event - of course that was after screening the applications and making a home inspection.



It's 10:30 and time to go to bed. I just returned from a hundred mile trip to pick up two more dogs from our Los Angeles volunteers. One goes to our vet first thing tomorrow morning for surgery and then I will shoot the other poochies portrait for our rescue event Saturday

Thank you. It is nice to shoot a variety of dogs. Although I do love Maltese, shooting only pure white dogs had gotten a bit boring. However, now we have dogs of various colors and that's a lot of fun...
