Helpful Posts: This essentially the same spot I shot the Royal Military College (RMC) earlier at just after sunset; this shot with a slightly different framing was taken about 90 minutes later; well after sunset, so the lighting is purely from artificial light sources.

Both are perfectly exposed and composed but I prefer this to the day shot Manfred. Much more impact and the effect of the shutter speed on the water is quite nice. Compositionally, the flag is a bit of a pull but it's there and stands out because it's meant to so I wouldn't suggest PPing it in any way.
