Bluntly put; only the last even remotely works for me, I'm afraid.
#1 while it has a comical aspect, also has the right hand gull's wing clipped
#2 has the gulls, esp the left hand one, too close, compositionally, to the man
#3 has too many human pose issues; straight arm, bad crop at bottom edge, etc.
#4 just looks like a portrait in which the gulls should have been cloned out, as they're irrelevant
#5 works best, due to their relative scale, but since the gull and man are at different distances and obviously not interacting with each other, even this is tenuous
I know you'd rather I was honest, and that's what I think.
Some might be improved if time were spent clone-moving birds about, or removing them, but I'm not sure they are worth the effort - sorry to be so negative.
