That's one brightly lit flower! Unusually so considering such nice, diffuse light. Did you use a flash modified with a diffuser?

Thank you Mike, Dan, and Binnur for your comments. Mike, the flower was lit with a Canon MT 24EX External Flash with diffusers on the flash heads.

In my opinion, John, I think it needs a bit of pop (brighter?) -- I do not know....
