I would try with a bit of a crop from the bottom. At the moment I find that area to be a little too dazzling which distracts from the wider scene.

IMO the water and reflected light doesn't have enough character to warrant that much space in the frame. More color, different texture, etc, would help immensely.

I agree with Nandakumar and Maurice. The patterns in the lower half are what makes the image work.
