Nicely done, John; do those waves splash against those barrier rocks?

    Re: The Breaks

IMO cropping 2/3 of the water between the first line of rocks and the bottom frame would improve the composition John. Nice scene and exposure

Very nice image. I especially like the composition with the whitecap wave just right of center and above the line of larger rocks.

    Hi Nandakumar,

Yes they do, the area has a tsunami warning sign but I think these breakers would lessen the impact. A guide told me that the area hasn't experienced one in over one hundred years. Thanks for commenting.

    Hi Binnur,

And I so wanted to defy the rule of thirds. Thanks for commenting.

Nice capture... I'd like to be in a boat twenty or so yards off the rocks and tossing a lure for whatever fish are hanging around...

    Hi Richard,

Fishing must have been good, spotted a few pelicans doing their dive near the rocks.
