    When I import this image into Adobe Camera Raw I get the following:

    Framed

    Red indicates places where you have clipped the highlights and blue is where the shadow details have been lost. From a technical standpoint, this is not what one wants to see as you have exceeded what your camera's sensor can handle by quite a lot. This is not something that shows good photographic technique or control.

    Cutting through the subject's head is not going to give you a great image either.

    While I'm not as concerned about the lost shadow details, I do agree with Manfred about the cropped head. Had the person been shown completely, the other sins could have been overlooked in the name of an interesting composition, but as the picture stands, I think it is too flawed.
