Red cyclamen
Hadn't been doing much photography other than baby pictures for a long time, so I quickly did this red cyclamen tonight, before it gets given away tomorrow. Since there has been a lot of discussion of stacking lately, this is 9 images stacked in Zerene using the DMap algorithm. I did the adjustments between shots by hand, by turning the lens. Lighting was continuous, indirect and direct but diffused halogen lights.
C&C welcome as always.

I don't remember seeing flower petals composed as in your image. Very intriguing!

Beautiful and excellent techs, Dan. We have a wild flower called the shooting star that looks very similar but is fuscia colored. They grow in boggy areas.

I like the way flower stands out from the background. Job well done.
