Nice job with the PP work. Great shot of surf that you used. Whose idea was the caption?
Great fun! Nicely executed..
At the very least, now he knows he can trust you. Great job!
On second thought, you might consider sending him a photo that includes a period after the first two words and a period after the last word.
I wouldn't trust him, using one oar he's going nowhere only in circle. Love what you did on #2. Very imaginative.
very good extraction from the first picture.
Excellent result.
Great PP work
We did have a wonderful Christmas spent with families that have adopted us as grand parents. But Santa didn't bring me any new photo kit. I've got more than I need unless/until my bride lets me stay in one spot long enough to get back to pursuing photography as more than a hobby(albeit a passionate one).
Thank you both for your comments.
There are a few little things that I should tidy up but overall I was pleased with the result.
I hope everyone on CinC had an enjoyable Christmas and Santa rewarded you suitably for being good all year.

Great editing Paul! I would like to see a slightly altered color version. IMO the sepia doesn't match the ocean scene.
PS: Sorry about your snowless Christmases! Same in LA.
Thanks for your comment. The background sea was photographed on a very stormy day and was almost monochrome. Just some very dull greens and a hint of yellow in a bit of foam. However the main reason for going sepia was the the boat is from a Museum and just about all the photographs they have there are sepia toned. The person in the boat is a volunteer at the museum so I think would appreciate the sepia version. I must admit I am not overly enthusiastic about sepia prints.
P.S. I would be horrified if I had to put up with snow at Christmas but my wife is dutch and misses it for some strange reason. Anyway there is never a lot of snow in Jerusalem.
Paul, I just stumbled across this thread and love the final(?) image!
