Nice bird
It is a bit tight crop , it would be nice to have some more headroom and to have the full legs in the frame. The image looks a bit hazy, clarity and dehaze sliders might help.

I agree with Binnur and Maurice. However, I went a different route and used NIK Structure Slider to do most of the work finished up with a bit of contrast...
