The only difference in the last two is the saturation level ... which is of course really just a "personal taste" thing; the last version is somewhat under-stated, whereas the one before that would have looked great on a metallic paper, all framed and ready to hang. And to be honest, either of them still looked OK as a grayscale.
In fact, that's a trick I sometimes use when trying to get an image to "resonate" on a number of levels ... chuck on a HSB layer - zero the saturation - and then get the image looking good as a grayscale before re-introducing the colour (and then getting the colour looking good) - so in the end you get both good levels in their own right, and good colour![]()
