Some Tulips............

Weather not so warm today so looked at some tulips instead.

I really like #2. The composition makes the flowers look like an offering of some kind. I could hang this one up.

To be honest I don't really like the way the light drops off on the background flowers in the first shot. I'd prefer more even light.
I really like the composition in the second image although cloning out that sliver of red in the lower right would remove that small distraction.
The whites are a bit too bright in the third image and again there's a splash of red this time in the upper left corner to distract.
The fourth is a winner and my favourite. I like the exposure, the angle, the detail, the 4 "corner" petals and having just the flower with no distractions against that black background.
The fifth is also a great shot with the backlight effect of light shining through the petals on the right and just those 2 hints of green below. Maybe the white highlights could be toned down a little but still my second favourite.

a splendid display. Like 2 but may brought up the white on the tips vs. yellow tinge. #4 is lovely all the way through.

Sorry Andy, but have got to agree with Graham. Like no 4, but some of the first seem a bit flat.
