I think it's a nice start, but my reaction is that it lacks pop, perhaps in part because of the rain. I did a very quick edit, raising the black point, adding contrast with a curve, increasing vibrance and saturation a bit, and adding local contrast. It's not polished, and it may be a bit overdone, but it shows what I mean:
In case you are interested in the details, I did this all in photoshop, and it would have been different in Lightroom. A curves layer in Photoshop with normal blend mode or in Lightroom will increase saturation as well contrast. So, to have a little more control, I set the curves layer to luminosity only, which Lightroom won't let you do, and added vibrance and saturation in a separate layer. For local contrast, I used an unsharp mask layer, 20%, 50 pixels, 0 threshold, with 50% opacity. In Lightroom, the closest effect is simpler: just up the clarity slider.

Nice colors and reflections
Thanks both.
Dan I was thinking this might benefit from a little more pop. Thanks for taking the time.
+1 to what Dan has written and done in his edit.
Adjusting the black and white points boosts contrast (and tonal range) and is often all that stand between a so-so shot and a really nice shot, as Dan has demonstrated.
I don't see any residual snow, have you not had much?
Nice photo Jim!
Nice shot. With the reflection and rain drops this is one time that keeping a lot of water in the FG and splitting the horizon works well. One problem with rainy shots is the flat lighting and lack of DR. The edited version is much improved IMO.
+1 for Dan's edit.
