focal point was the clock. window frames are very old and ragged--Image was cropped only slightly to remove area from the left side. Very little sharpening was applied. I think the issue with the window has to do with replacing a blank sky with a colorful one and using pinpoint as the blending mode. I went back to the sooc shot and the mullions are the same--could also be light angle. For smaller uses of this image the result was acceptable to me. Seen at full size on a monitor I agree it is "crunchy". Thanks for comments

Very creative composition of the clock/window, Judith. Well seen.

I really lose the new addition :)

Difficult subject well handled. In some ways it is a pity about that small vertical object in the top right corner but I don't see how you could have avoided it; other than cloning it out.

Thanks for looking! Agree about the upper right corner. I did try cloning it out at one point. Wasn't happy with the result which was a little rough. So left it in.

Lovely composition. Beautifully sharp focus on the clock. Crunchy? Not sure what that means.

Week 5--Chorus Line in the International District. This is not usually the kind of thing that catches my attention--so I made sure to shoot it! C & C always welcome.

Hi Judith ~ Interesting pic (Chorus Line in the International District) and probably not one I would have taken since I had enough of butchered chickens from my childhood. <smile> I agree with Joe, the colors are good and I'll add that the pic is sharp! It is an interesting capture of business in action!

Like Sandy, my first thought was Dancing Poultry. :D
Looks like this was a difficult shot so it has worked well.
There is a tiny bright spot just to the left of the lower hanging rail which I would clone out. But that is a very minor suggestion.

Yes--agree with the suggestion to clone out that bright spot.
Thanks for the suggestion! And thanks for taking time to comment!
