I realize that a lot of people wish the bay was not occupied by so many tourist boats, but they make it possible to enjoy such a beautiful area. For me, including the boats in your panorama tells the story very effectively and provides scale.

Thanks for posting the images. This place is on my top-ten list of places to visit.

Thanks for the comments. It really is a spectacular place to visit although we were told the weather we experienced was exceptional. Apparently it can often be raining or very hazy to the extent that vision is reduced. Shots like #3 and especially #6 are often not possible.

Yes, very lucky with the weather, Graham! It was hot and hazy when I visited, but it was in 2009 when tourist numbers were at a low due to the recession.

All I ended up with was skies like this - our own private junk though, which was a bonus!
