    End of CS6

It is worth making sure you update as much as possible old versions of Adobe software - you never know when you may need them.

One example I had last year was a need to open an archived Pagemaker file. The CC version of Indesign cannot do this as this feature has been removed, but old versions of Indesign could, and then save the file in a Indesign version.

There may be other examples including Photoshop files made using now deleted or altered functions.

A reminder that files need to be archived in versions that can be opened, and we also need to archive software.

Some cheaper software, such as some made in the past by the makers of Afinity, required the correct version to open files correctly.

Great idea. I still have Photoshop CS6, although it is inactive.
