    All a buzz - Bombus Lapidarius ?

TiniPic is working just for the occasional upload but for instance, I can't load a series of images because it fails again after the first upload.

This is an image from some time ago that has been in the CiC queue for some time.

Fuji XT-1 plus Fuji 60mm macro.

As usual, coming from you, I like the composition. I learned a lot while studying your shots no matter what they are...architecture, insects...here I thought you have too much of the upper portion but then looking at everything, they do add to the scene or not. Easily a choice. Both will be good.

Nice image John, I think a square crop without the top part would look good too

Thanks all for the feedback. Izzie, Binnur, there was a choice in terms of a tighter crop at the top of the image but in the end, I liked the way the flowers formed a zig-zag into the comp. It seemed to give it a bit more depth.

Very nice pic and composition. I definitely like it as it is. The bee is almost certainly the Red-tailed Bumble-bee Bombus lapidarius as you say.

This image really pops. Love the color and wing detail.
