Not photography but if anyone can help?

This only happens with Amazon e-mails but if I try to open a hyperlink in an e-mail from Amazon, all I get is pages that look like this. This is a small portion. Anybody know why this is happening?

Can't help, the email I provided Amazon is dead so only get feedback when I log on. It is probably an automatic feed, you can probably block as Amazon promised not to send emails to the address.

Is your email application set up not to use html for display?

Thanks for the responses. Yes Dave, HTML format is what is selected. It's a strange one. As I say, it only happens with Amazon.

What is the extension of that file?

It starts with http. Search for that. Maybe removing that part before http will give you some result.

John, when I looked at some stuffs that interest me, I usually save the URLs and some of them come up longer than life not just at Amazon. I don't understand why Amazon will send you a long link like that and in the email too...so I can't help. I am just commenting as I had not experience this in my Amazon email at all.

Thanks for the responses. George, I will try that next time (I've now deleted the e-mail) but I have a feeling that this is a not a link problem so much as what I'm seeing is the code for the Amazon page that is linked - but I don't know why.
