    Great use of light to create a three-dimensional feel. Very nice composition, too! Consider using a polarizer to determine if you prefer the difference. I don't remember whether you have one but it's likely that I've mentioned it in the past.

    I'm surprised that you're calling this a macro shot. What size is the scene?

    Chin to hat brim 1 3/4 inches. One day I might buy a polarizer.

    He does indeed have a backpack on but, he's also riding a big water buffalo. I'll try to get a good picture of it all today.
