    Foghorns at Dusk

It looked like we would get a bit of colour as the sun went down tonight so I flung the camera in the car and whipped down to a local lighthouse to see what I could catch before dinner.

The colours and clouds out towards the horizon were lovely contrasting really well with the colour of the water so after a bit of jiggling up and down so stone steps to get a level I liked the 10 stopper went on and I got this...

In addition to John's comment, the attention paid to the absolutely perfect position of the horizon really paid off.

    Thanks

If you'd witnessed the bizarre position I had the tripod in you'd have laughed - all credit to manfrotto and their articulation

I love it for no particular reason. (I think that is the best reason).

    Nicely done.
If you had raised by one cm the level of your tripod one could have seen the horizon under the horns

P.S. at first sight of your title, I thought you had captured some bizarre form of duel.

I like that they're sitting on the horizon but either would work.
