Namdroling Monastery - image rich

We just got back from a week of touring around parts of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states in Southern India.

One of the places we visited was the Namdroling Monastery, near Bylakuppe, Karnataka. Tibetan refugees settled here and this monastery was founded in 1963. We arrived just before prayer time so I was able to shoot during prayers.

1. Zangdog Palri Temple - this was the most impressive looking building at the site, but was unfortunately closed for renovations.
