John - I love this image, particularly as edited. I could swear the medallion on the front of the engine says "I [heart] S&C."

It does Joe. The line is called the Settle and Carlisle, those being the two places at either end of it. It's popular with tourists because it runs through parts of the Yorkshire Dales (Gods country) and because it is one of the few lines that hasn't been electrified i.e. no ugly overhead wiring and trackside hardware. As a result, it is also a popular route for the many Steam specials. Consequently, after being closed for about 4-5months after a landslide, it was decided to celebrate it's reopening by having one of the preserved steam locos pull the scheduled service for a few days instead of the usual diesel twin sets - hence "I love S&C" (I love the Settle and Carlisle)..
