Bargain! At that price I might just refresh my technology. But then again - "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

The most useful thing I did was to per-create enough daily folders on all my backup media to last the trip. That way my SD card in the camera could always start empty and I didn't have any problems selecting what needed to be backed up each night.

I still like a lot of small SD cards (now small means 32GB) rather than a couple of big ones. My backup USB sticks are currently 64GB.

He who doesn't verify his backups is most unwise and deserves his fate.

The last commercial archive job I did required a life of 75 years. My warning that in twenty-five years time they would have to go to a museum to find a reader if they didn't migrate to new technology every ten years or so, Sadly that advice fell on deaf ears. I'm retired now so NMFP.
