    Rather Wavey

I took the dog down to a local cove this morning with the intention of getting a few shots of some piles of balanced rocks I'd spotted last night - that didn't happen.

What did happen was I braved the rather wild seas and got these...

As usual, excellent images dwarfed by too broad borders

Robin, love the first 2 not so keen on the 3rd, 2nd is my favourite, feels more balanced compositionally.

I really like the new one, not just because of a thinner border, but it gives a feeling 'A gateway to nowhere' or 'A gateway to the Vastness'

Thanks for the comments and feedback.

A couple of frames after the second shot was recorded had to be scrapped as it was completely blurred - that would be because I had grabbed the tripod and was legging it up the cove being chased by a rather large wave during the 15 seconds the shutter was open.

    All good fun

Nice pictures, good framing and use of ND 1000.

Really good mono images, very nicely presented. First two over the third for me as well though. That's the way photography as a hobby works best - a bit of Art combined with a bit of exercise.

All three are lovely shots Robin. That is some rugged coastline. The third shot in particular looks kind of otherworldly.
