I picked up on a recent news article that the Azure Window in Malta has been completely destroyed in stormy seas.

Even though this was a natural geological event, I find myself rather saddened, and it prompted me to hunt out some shots I took back in 2008 on a visit to Gozo.
There is another less well known arch nearby ‘Wied il-Mielah’, which I have never seen. I think I may just have to take a trip and take a look.... well , you never know...
