    Hellebore

The morning sun through the Hellebore flowers was nice with the contrast on the ones in the shade and the dappled light through the cluster - so i decided to play a bit, I quite like it and it may be something to play more with later. Thoughts ?

    Re: Hellebore

    Thanks Nandakumar,

Thank you Binnur, yep i wanted to retain the low light and shadow areas at the base as the light was low down from behind and only the top flowers were in sunlight with some coming through the leaves behind. It was the multiple light levels with the top flowers in strong light and the base in shade that caught my eye.

You got some nice ones over your way...I have some in the dark area of my front garden which is almost black. Maybe it is time to mix them up with some colourful ones on the brighter area...yours are very pretty. It would have been nice if the one that have the backlight reflection is in full ... just a thought/suggestion...how about exposing that one some more by moving it to take advantage of the full light hitting it at the backside? Many potential shot there...

We do have a few , one a multi petal white with dark crimson spots but it never gets good light where I can get a shot - as gardener assistant I know better than to play around with them, the head gardener would have stern words
