    A good spread for the Queen's dinner table, Les...I only see them in the oriental supermarkets (very expensive!!!) already frozen.

    Really, Izzie? That is interesting. Here, it's a pretty common dish. I love pheasant breast, done slowly in the oven.

    Lucky you. It is not common here in the MidWest. You have to hunt them. I stopped going to hunts a year ago now. Exotic ones can be bought in the Asian shelves, frozen. Very different from Oz where the butchers are on show and you can actually ask them for certain products and how thick you want your steak. I missed that...anyway...back to regular programming.

    We hunt them without a lot of success lately. The last time out we saw more bear than birds. I refer to it as an "armed hike" as we're carrying two firearms each. Even so, the scenery in the Bighorns is spectacular.
