Spring in Benfleet
Having admired Sharon's daffodils in Skagit valley, I thought I would post a couple of pics of daffodils in my front garden. They were planted by my daughter aged two and have since been subject to benign neglect. She is now 44.

These were taken blind by holding the camera close to the ground and pointing it in roughly the right direction. Composition is thus a non-starter! Although the second one has some distracting background, I put it in because I think it shows nicely the contrast in the flowers' two rings of tepals.
What do you think?

Good ground level shots! This is how a cat or small dog would see them.
We've had a much colder winter than usual hence the daffodils in Sharon's photos and a few miles away (across an international border) in my garden are not as advanced as yours.

Love them! I like the contrasting color dafs. I need to go see if we have them here
i like number 2 especially, despite what you say is a distracting background.

I like both of them...through the eyes of a small dog or cat, as Bruce said. And you haven't moved it since? You must have quite a bundle there to sell by now...
