The photo was taken on a tripod, remote control via the phone app and exposed 5 minutes.

Lovely image.
You certainly have one advantage in many places in the Netherlands; water. Getting a nice open view with nothing distracting and cluttering in the foreground is certainly a feature I would like to be able to work with. On the other hand, the presence of water also restricts where you can set up your tripod...

The great advantage in our country is that you can get to the water in many places. Whether it is a lake, river, canal or sea. You have many bridges, overpasses, piers, docks and wide beaches.
Netherlands is a country where water management has been refined over the centuries. The biggest disaster that took place in 1953, has forced us to build Delta Works and raise the dikes.
