    Amazing indeed. This must have involved some fancy masking to get the birds against a consistent wave background. You have the splashing effect nicely in the two at the right.

    A lot of times when I'm shooting, I know I am going to try for a sequential shot and shoot a neutral BG for the setup. This one was more difficult because the waves changed the reflective qualities so I had to add them separately and warp them into their proper place. This Osprey was lucky in that he was able to pluck his breakfast from the surface and didn't have to do a major splash-in.
