beautifully crisp including the reflections in the eyes and orbs. good contrast of colors & sky like that it's not too sharp or over-saturated color!

Richard, I don't normally like strong colours, in this case ... I do.

Nicely seen, Richard. This is what I like about your area there -- many events to go to. It seems like St. Louis isn't the place to be when it comes to celebrating diversity.

We have a wonderful variety of events here in the San Diego area that reflect our wide variety of ethnic cultures...

I missed (purposefully because I had other dog rescue duties), the celebration of the Persian New Year this month but, in April there are: Dragon Boat Races, Chicano (Latino) Culture Celebration, Pacific and Asian Cultural Celebration, Native Ameican PowWow and a Multi Cultural Fair....

Throw in the hang gliders at Torrey Pines and the Red Bull Air Races, I am overbundantly provided with photo opportunities for the next month or so...

I know about the events in San Diego because I've lived there for 3 years short of 4 in the late 90's. We seemed to be going out somewhere each week or two -- there is always something to see and photograph or do the garden and cook. We lived down in Escobar Drive just across Lucky's Supermarket...go shopping down the Asian market once a month or something. It was still safe at that time and we take friends across to Tiajuana to have some potfulls of lobsters with the kids. It was fun but we have to move out of California.
