Sari S.
Another of the forgotten pictures I stumbled across when doing my "Generations" photo essay.
This is a shot of our Niece Sari, (my Sister-in-Laws youngest child) taken about 26 years ago.
Cute little Munchkin, who, as an aside is getting married later this summer.
motorized Nikon FE-2
Nikkor 105 2.5 AI manual focus
Ektachrome 100 ISO colour slide
probably 2.8 @ 1/500th

Re: Sari S.
Great expression and hair! It would probably be more appealing to me as a monochrome so the bright shirt doesn't pull my eye away from her face, though there may be good reason known to the family to leave that shirt in color. Similarly on both counts, consider cropping to eliminate the bow in her hair. The whites of her eyes look a tad blue to me.

Re: Sari S.
Thanks Mike.
Based on your critique and one by another photographer at another site, I brightened the shot and eliminated the ribbons in her hair.
Thank you.

Re: Sari S.
It's interesting that doing something so simple as brightening the image solved the issue for me pertaining to the shirt.
