There is a lot of chromatic noise, especially in the darker, background areas of all three images. That's certainly no something I would have expected to see at the lower ISO range that you shot two of the images at.

I am not so sure what occurred that led to that unexpected noise , that was disappointing , however , hopefully a lesson to be learned from. But I need to try to understand why , as you stated the ISO doesn't seem to be a factor .

Ok , the only thing I can think of was my difficulty while focusing on the subject and the quality of the lens, these factors could have caused the chromatic noise / grainy effect.

Manfred , just downloaded Noise Reducer Pro will redo these pics , it seems to work pretty good without losing too much in details.
