Final daf post
They are fading, and the tulips are coming. I may miss the peek this year (traveling), we shall see.
The lighting was kind of harsh. Has not been good light for awhile now. Flat, gray skies mostly.
A better angle may have produced a more interesting image as well.

Always difficult to get this sort of scene to work well but you have the foreground nicely sharp and gradually fading into the far distance. Potential over exposure issues have been avoided so this is certainly a very good photograph.

Re: Final daf post
I like the image because of the way that you selected just a smidgen of sky and left the rest of the image to the daffodils. One thing that I think might improve the image is to darken the very lower right side of the image or crop off just a bit at the bottom where there are no daffodil stems. The brighter area of soil tends to attract my attention away from the beautiful blooms.

I am with Geoff -- you did very well nevertheless. I would have overexposed if this is my shot.
