The Lighthouse At Marblehead, Ohio
My wife have spent some time chasing lighthouses around the Great Lakes. These photos were taken in 1997 on Fujichrome 100. I've been spending the last month on scanning older images to digital.
These images were taken at the Marblehead Ohio Lighthouse. For those not familiar with the area, the lighthouse is on the west shore of Sandusky Bay. On the east shore is the Cedar Point amusement park. I have several images of the lighthouse, mostly at dawn, with calm waters (first image). Later in the morning, the winds freshened from the east, and a number of people are on the keeper's walk.

I like #1 because of the calmness of the scene, then I like #2 because a milky soft presentation of the water will ruin the whole image. Good job on these.

What a beautifully situated lighthouse. I can see why you would shoot it more than once. Very nice.
