I just checked one of my photos which was uploaded with Tinypics instead of linking from P base and yes the exif is missing from the Tinypics upload.
ps. That fly is a Syrphus species of hoverfly. You can't go all the way with males, at least not without microscopic examination.

All my images are loaded through Tiny Pic and they all retain the exif.
