Hi guys,
I'm an amateur and not being doing photography long, me and the Mrs went out over the weekend and here are some of the pictures I took,

Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

Hopefully I will have more pictures to come in the following weeks.

Please separate and number your images in future for ease of reference by members offering their feedback.

#1 The portal is a bit too central for me, given the angle of tunnel, I'd have suggested cropping some off the right hand side, but, since that side is better lit, that suggests it might be better to crop some off the LHS, where there's really not much of interest.

In #2 and #3 the White Balance (WB) looks very warm to me. I'd also crop to lose some off the RHS of both. The contrail spoils the tranquillity of #2 for me, if mine, I might clone that out.

Dave has already mentioned what I was thinking. The only extra item for me is that small piece of leaves at the top edge of #3, towards the left side. It isn't big enough to add anything except distraction so I would clone it out. Or crop away a bit from the top if you did trim the right side as well.

I really like the second image, I would clone the contrail though

I prefer the first image but instead of cropping at the left, as Dave had suggested, why not crop at the right side (facing us). The dark shadow will then lead to the brighter area of the entrance to (?) and form a story or a question of what lurks there around the curve. Just a thought....

As a tip, when you upload an image, click on it and hold your mouse button down and you can move your shot around to find the best crop for it.

I really like all the three images; i enjoyed seeing the Nature in all her richness....
