yes you do
Liked it very much
Did you go after you've packed up?
Apart from its French Fries, I really do not like anything from MacDonald. I do not know how to cook French Fries that is why... maybe with my new range I will learn how to.
Have you tried these? It's been years since I purchased but they were convenient.

Hi Izzie,
Use tatties (potatoes) not frozen ones. Peel, then slice pots like fritters - cut in thin strips (like julienne vegetables). Wrap in a dishcloth and swing it around tae remove the potato juice. The secret, then, is tae twice-cook. Cook the fries in hot oil 'til just getting soft, remove and set aside on kitchen roll for at least 10 mins. Bring the oil back tae cooking temp and plunge the fries in for a couple of mins, 'til crispy and golden....aaah, gonna havetae have chips with Sunday dinner now...
As a nod tae CiC, ye could take photos while yer doing this....
Fun shot - it has lots of curb appeal ;-). Feels just silly sitting there in that beautiful setting.
A pic of a sunken 3100 Gross tonnage cargo ship with half of its containers left on one side and submerged and I was expecting comments like, the captain must have missed the turning
Perhaps this is a shot where I could use 'lens compression' to make the subject more prominent
Seriously, I'm hoping we are going to see some night action with this salvage to have a play.
Can see why you take this shot, Grahame. I would have been too slow to recognise the potential! My first thought was to suggest a crop of the black and white curbing, though now I have had time to reflect, it is much better in. You could be the next Andy Worhol
I kinda like the scene from the harbour though...the atmosphere almost says rain there.
Yes it's a great view especially at sunset Izzie and whilst all the derelict fishing boats are an eyesore they do make for an interesting pic at times.
It is rain at the moment with short breaks which makes for moody shots, here's one taken the same day and I love the light in these conditions.
and here's my attempt at trying to make floating containers look sexy
Grahame
You know...in that first pic, the derelict fishing boats doesn't really look derelict unless you mention that they really are and taking a closer look because the nice ones looks more well maintained sans the rusty stuff. There is one there that shows a sunken one...It was a nice shot, lots of drama there...and moods with those cloud. As for the second one, I will make an excuse for you -- it is a case of photo-journalistic efforts to report an accident that includes photographs. Did you submit this one to your papers ?
