My guess would be that some of those leads are what takes electricity in to the other rooms.


It takes many decades for an installation to (organically) 'grow' to this state. ;)

Not sure what we can usefully say, I tried playing with the crop, removing a bit from bottom and RH edges, but it didn't improve it.

Beyond that, I agree with Mike (post #12) about the top right corner perhaps being helped with a subtle 'dodge' to separate the frame from the wall.

Did you put the vignetting in or was this a consequence of the shot. I would lighten it up just a tad.....

Combination of both .... sort-of! The lighting in the room was/is very sombre, but I did add in a light vignette.
