    Calla lilies

I've never photographed callas before, but my wife had a pot of them that were fading, so I tried my hand before they wilted. C&C welcome as always.

6 shots, stacked with Zerene DMap. this time, I took Mike's suggestion and shot with a polarizer because they have a slightly shiny surface. Still had to dodge some.

It has been too long since you have posted an image of this style, Dan, and this image is certainly a good example of why I miss them. Composition, shapes and colors are wonderful!

Considering that your subjects have curved surfaces, I'm not the least bit surprised that the polarizer didn't remove all of the pesky areas of glare. You did a wonderful job taking care of the glare that wasn't removed by the polarizer.

Thanks, all. I haven't been doing much photography at all, other than grandchild photos, since last fall, but I am hoping to get moving again soon.

That is a good idea on using a polarizer. Your exposure is A-OK.
