Prayer by Monks #1. C&C Most Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

It was clicked in a monastery in Leh, India while they were praying. I really like the highlight on the paper leaf which the monk is holding and reading. So, i deliberately made it a low key image to highlight more of the paper.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops.

Nice picture, if it were mine I'll add a soft vignette to reduce the highlights in the upper part and concentrate the vision on the paper nicely rendered.
