A scene from the Botanical Gardens in Grahamstown, taken on a very bright and contrasty Autumn day. I'm not happy about the lack of detail in the sky (you can see what it should be in the reflection) but it was either that or lose the detail in the foreground. Also, I was busy taking some family portraits for some friends whose extended family were visiting very briefly so didn't have any time to play around. I'll try this again sometime with a tripod and bracketed exposures.

Well…I do not like that black thingie at the bottom of the shot. IMHO that ruins the whole picture.
