Prayer by Monk #2. C&C Most Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

It was clicked in a monastery in Leh, India while they were praying. I really like the highlight on the paper leaf which the monk is holding and reading. So, i deliberately made it a low key image to highlight more of the paper.

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops.

    Thank You

PS : Please click on the image for lightbox screen view (Highly recommended)

Rai, maybe increase exposure on the monk's left hand a tad. Not too much though. That is only my opinion.

Raj - I'd probably crop some of the left hand side and the bright object there almost adds a second (distracting) subject to the image. I'd try to concentrate the viewer's eyes just on the prayer book and the hands. A 4 x5 crop would be close to where I might take this image.

Nice, Raj. I agree with Manfred that the object on the left was distracting, but so too is the bit of robe on the upper left of his crop; I would be inclined to clone that out.
