    Silo in the mist

The one day I had to drive the countryside it was grey and raining constantly. Most of the sights I saw were draped in mist and obscured by heavy rain.

There but not there. Nice composition. Like it a lot :-) It reminds me of my Midwestern roots.

Wonderful tone. Great subject. Lovely mood.

One thought for you to ponder. If you re-cropped from the bottom to make it a 16:9, that would give you two tones of foreground/middle ground grass of about the same depth. Would that strengthen the image? In other words, does it need as much of the foreground grass as we see in it at the moment?

Good point Donald. I will check out further crop options. Always room for improvement.
