This little 6-pound, one-year old Maltese was adopted at his first rescue event. We had Jingles for just a little over a month. He was given up to a shelter because his owners could not afford the medical care he needed. We rescued him from the shelter and provided that care...
He is healthy now and his new family just loves him...
