    Elle - Adobe Camera Raw (mentioned in #2) and Lightroom's Develop Module (effectively the raw converter part of Lightroom) are essentially identical in the way they work as both use the same "Engine". Only the user interface is different.

    [QUOTE=Evgeny;676610]Hey,

    Looking for a good advice or working experience with Sony IDC 5 vs other well-known non-Adobe raw converters.

    DxO 11 is available free from here -

    https://www.dxo.com/us/digitalcamerauk

    I don't think it features PRIME NR, but if you don't use high ISO, that's not a problem. It also runs faster than 10, and much faster than 9.

    Thanks Peter,

    Just downloaded and installed. It works faster - confirmed!
    Okay with Sony modules as well as with Oly E-M5, however, some of my other cameras are not supported.

    Would be also interesting to know more about the company status ... Any news?

    DxO 11 is obsolete and has been replaced by DxO PhotoLab, which is up to Version 1.2.1. Older cameras are going to be fine, but models released recently will not work with it.

    Yes, I know about DxO PL, but this is another story. Hope to see more DxO PL news before end 2018 - keeping also in mind that the company will be able to cope with the known debt problems. No news, in fact.
