I checked on my original and reflections are the same.

That being the case, my second guess is that something beyond the photographed scene is being reflected in the tabletop. It's very easy for that to happen if special precautions aren't taken.

Jean, i feel this one is a bit harsh in colors; just a bit lowering needed?

Everything is possible , colors are more natural.
