Bordeaux, Nouvelle Aquitaine

I propose to show you few views (if tinypic wishes) of the city of Bordeaux on the banks of Garonne river.
To begin the water mirror (commissioned in October 2006) at blue hour with the Place de la Bourse in BG.
It's a 3 shots view handheld stitched in LR CC, then in PS to eliminate one by one all people (with the function fill in), I kept the streetcar.
The place was crowded with people, but the result is nice

Lovely shot! I have a very distant ancestor from Aquitaine: Eleanor, wife of 2-kings and mother of 3-kings. Quite a lady!

during a cycle of 15 mn the aspect of the mirror changes. the fog invades the scene and gives nice shadows.

Hope you are joking...this is the second year we have not been to Europe. When things settle down a bit over there, we might, but I doubt it. There are so many other places we haven't been to together...

Jean, I too prefer the second one. These are subjective remarks: I found the first interesting but it did not hold my attention; the second is superb and I have viewed and enjoyed it several times.

Nice work Jean, having read your note wrt taking out a number of people, your second image gives an indication of the number of people you had to remove. Well done
