    Madrone cliff hanger

On our hike today in Anacortes... Sharpe Park.
So many wicked cool trees. Love this particular "species".
    Funky, twisty, cool texture.

    Thanks for looking

Worth viewing with the Lightbox option where all the fine detail becomes more apparent.

    Hi Geoff, thanks.
Forgive my ignorance here, but lightbox?

The resizing, posting always takes away some details (as does taking from raw to jpeg) so just curious

Hover a mouse over the image to show a magnifying glass symbol and click to show a larger higher detailed image. It has become known here as the Lightbox view, among other names.

Thanks Izzie and Susan. One of our favorite places to hike within Anacortes. Forests, cliffs, water and a good workout :-)
